Framing ensures the structural integrity of your home and provides everything needed to complete all of the finish work. When executed correctly, it creates a solid platform for the remainder of the house to be finished. Conversely, if done incorrectly, it can lead to numerous problems, both structurally and aesthetically, leaving the homeowner dissatisfied and facing significant issues. Proper framing is especially crucial in areas prone to extreme weather, as it helps your home withstand wind, snow, and other environmental factors.


The Importance of Attention to Structural Details


Following the structural details outlined in the engineering documents is essential for safety and performance. Each set of plans contains a unique section of structural engineering specific to that home, taking into account the particular soil in a given location.
